The Spice Island
Our mission is to immerse visitors in the rich tapestry of why this enchanting island is known as "The Spice Island."
Our tour begins with a journey through the verdant countryside, where you’ll experience the aromas, sights, and tastes of an array of delectable tropical fruits like green coconut juice, durian, jackfruit, pineapple, banana, love apple, lychee, and soursop.
The island's spices are as exotic as the flavors they impart, including cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, turmeric, vanilla, black pepper, and nutmeg.
JOZANI FOREST
Jozani Forest, located 35 km southeast of Zanzibar Town, spans around 1,000 hectares and is the last remaining natural forest on Unguja Island. Once home to antelopes and leopards, it now offers visitors a chance to encounter unique wildlife and lush landscapes.
The forest is renowned for its resident Blue Sykes and Red Colobus Monkeys. The Red Colobus monkey, an endangered species, is particularly notable for its friendly nature and photogenic qualities, allowing for close-up viewing with the assistance of a guide.
In addition to its primate inhabitants, Jozani Forest boasts a diverse array of ecosystems, including mangrove forests, coastal evergreen bushland, groundwater forests, and saline grasslands.
